Spiral Solutions NY, Inc. is a casino gaming technical services company, with a licensed team of experienced technicians supporting casinos throughout New York State. Additionally, Spiral Solutions supports casino installations, expansions and reconfiguration projects throughout the US, utilizing our traveling field service technicians. We are also experienced in installation and long-term support on player tracking and promotional systems. Spiral Solutions is a certified Minority Owned Business in New York State, with capacity to support local or national customers. Spiral Solutions currently provides all-inclusive slot technical services for multiple gaming manufactures in five NY Casinos, with core capabilities including: casino installations, expansions, reconfigurations, lock installations, player tracking/promotional system installations and long-term maintenance, software upgrades, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Our leadership team boasts a combined 40+ years of experience in the NY VLT market as well as commercial gaming throughout the US and Canada. Our highly diverse workforce is one of our key strengths, as our team is composed of approximately 85% minority employees including all levels of our organization. Efficiencies for our clients: We develop a custom-tailored “train-the-trainer” program that enables our existing and future partners to train and certify our internal team – who can in turn train and certify future hires on our partner’s electronic gaming machines. This saves our partners from absorbing the cost of travel for their internal trainers with additions to product lines or staffing changes.
